Dr. Lane Lasater is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and President of CDS, providing program consultation, training, and program oversight for school and community prevention projects in 11 states. Dr. Lasater has broad experience in providing oversight of human service systems that provide mental health and substance abuse treatment and correctional supervision. Over the past 35 years, Dr. Lasater has served in a range of public, private and corporate human service agencies. Dr. Lasater specializes in providing master planning for large correctional and educational systems and designing comprehensive programming for at risk youth and adults.
Dr. Ken Robinson is Chief Executive Officer of CDS. Dr. Robinson is also President of Correctional Counseling Inc. of Memphis, TN, a company providing cognitive restructurning programming used in corrections in 43 states. Dr. Robinson is a nationally recognized expert in development and implementation of mental health, cognitive restructuring substance abuse treatment programs and school prevention programs. Dr. Robinson co-developed Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT©), a cognitive behavioral intervention for corrections with Dr. Greg Little of Memphis. He has been a member of the National Drug Court Institute Faculty from 1998-Present. Dr. Robinson provides training to drug court professionals and to the National Judicial College in psychopharmacology, what works in substance abuse treatment and the provision of services to dual diagnosis clients. He is the author of a numerous books and articles in the area of counseling and substance abuse.
